Our Privacy Policy describes the types of information we gather on our website, www.loqules.com ("the Website") and the Loqules app ("the App"), which offer a peer to peer marketplace that connects travellers with local people ("Loqule Experts") that curate amazing experiences ("Bookings"). The Website and App offer a platform whereby you are able to make a profile and communicate with, rate and review the Loqule Experts and Bookings ("Services"). Our Privacy Policy describes how we use this information. By using the Website or downloading the App, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy so please read this information carefully.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use the Website or the App we collect personal information you give us which may include (but is not limited to): your name, date of birth, geographic location, email address, residential address, phone number, Facebook profile information (which may include visual and/or audiovisual content), and content derived from the use of our services inclusive of messages and interactive forum information, ratings, booking/travel history and other interests and self descriptions you choose to provide ("Personal Information"). We do not currently collect your credit card details, however we reserve the right to collect this information in the future. At present, your credit card details will be collected by Stripe and either iTunes or Google Play, depending on which platform you download the App from. We may also collect device information (inclusive of your hardware model) operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information and information about the device’s interaction with our Services. We automatically receive your log in information such as how you access our Services, access time, browser type and language, internet service provider and internet protocol (IP) address. From an IP address it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer or device, but otherwise is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our website unless you have specifically provided us with information about yourself in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes.

We may use your Personal Information to complete transactions, respond to your questions and requests, operate and improve our services, monitor and analyze trends, send you notices and may, with your permission, notify you of upcoming events and promotions, updates, or special offers that we think may interest you.

BILLING INFORMATION

We currently have no access to your bank data, and do not store your bank or credit card information. Any credit or debit card information saved at the checkout is stored by Stripe and either iTunes or Google Play, depending on which platform you download the App from.

We will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered if your credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of third parties which may be linked to the Website and App, such as Stripe, iTunes and Google Play.
